Neil D. Karbank graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1976. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in 1980. While in law school, he was a member of the Cardozo Law Review. Mr. Karbank was formerly associated with Skadden, Arps, Slat, Meagher and Flom. His areas of practice include real estate, corporate law, non-profit and charitable organizations and aviation law. Mr. Karbank is a frequent lecturer and speaker on topics ranging from commercial leases, hostile transactions, and non-profit corporations. Mr. Karbank's community contributions include Member and Chair Emeritus, Board of Directors of Humanity In Action, Inc., President of the Board of Directors of Aspen Film, and President, Jewish Community Center.
